This sportsman paradise offers a 5+/- acre lake fully stocked and managed with Class A female bass averaging five pounds. Whether from the shoreline, the dock, bridge or your boat, you will enjoy the challenge of reeling in these beauties! The lake was modeled after BASS Masters founder, Ray Scott's, lake in Alabama. Fed from springs, the lake also has its own well to serve as a backup water supply should the water level start to fall during the hot summer months. Around the lake you will see mutiple automatic feeding stations.

Tucked into the trees to provide shade, you will find a small stream stocked with rainbow trout.

The two-bay boathouse provides great shelter for your bass fishing boats. There is also a boat ramp to allow for ease of loading and unloading boats.

The fish serve as a big attraction for local wildlife. In the early mornings and late evenings, you can watch the eagles as they search for their prey. Many egrets make the lake their home too.

There are 15+/- acres of hardwoods with trails meandering throughout, combined with the great water supply, this is a very desirable habitat for whitetail deer, turkeys and other wildlife.
